How to delete your Diggin Up data

What does deleting your data do?

Deleting your data permanently removes all personal data associated with your use of the app, including:

• Your plantings and location
• All tasks and notes
• App preferences and settings
• Cached data

This action cannot be undone - all data will be removed from both your device and our servers, subject to the processing times and retention practices noted below.

Steps to delete your data

1. Open Settings: In the Diggin Up app, navigate to the Settings screen
2. Find Privacy Options: Scroll down to the "Privacy" section
3. Select "Delete my data and reset": Tap this option to begin the deletion process
4. Confirm your action: You'll need to type "delete" in the confirmation field to proceed
5. Complete the deletion: Tap the red "Delete" button to permanently remove your data
6. Restart the app: After deletion completes, you'll be prompted to restart the app

Important notes

• Device and server data: When you delete your data, it is removed from both your device and our servers.
• Processing time: While the app deletion is immediate, it may take up to 45 days for system logs to be fully removed from our systems.

Your privacy rights

As outlined in our Privacy Policy, you have the right to delete your data at any time. We do not retain personal information after you delete your data, except where required by law or to maintain service functionality.
